The RST-Invent Company entered into an agreement on the creation of a hardware and software complex for the operational accounting of material assets of the central office of the Federal Tax Service.
According to the terms of reference, the task was to create a solution that will automate accounting of telecommunications equipment of the Federal Tax Service, in the form of an application with multi-user access via a web interface. As a result, the RST-Invent hardware and software complex was delivered, consisting of several components: TargetTag and TwinTag RFID tags, RST-Bookos desktop RFID reader, Senter ST 907 mobile reader, Zebra ZT-410 RFID printer, and software.
Marking of fixed assets in the buildings of the central office of the Federal Tax Service is carried out by RFID tags. For the preparation of RFID tags when performing marking, an RFID printer and a desktop RFID reader are used. Labeling and inventory tasks are performed on mobile readers. Inventory results and reporting are performed using the web-based software interface of the complex.
“We have seamlessly integrated our complex with the existing software of the Federal Tax Service for fixed assets accounting. The complex is deployed using the IT infrastructure of the Federal Tax Service. Moreover, the inventory using RFID readers is carried out autonomously, without constant communication with the server: the data is automatically synchronized when reconnecting to the LAN” – commented Alexander Komkov, chief engineer of the RST-Invent projects.
Another condition of the customer is the versatility of the complex. In case of damage to the RFID tag and the termination of operability, the process of accounting for material assets should be carried out in another possible way. So, using an RFID printer, not only the label identifier is recorded, but also the barcode is printed, the name of the accounting object and inventory number. Thus, if necessary, an inventory can be made using RFID technology, as well as by barcodes, or manually.
The RST-Invent hardware and software system allows you to work with wide nomenclature directories (up to 50 properties). It is also possible to adjust the properties of the accounting object, create tasks for inventory or labeling on mobile data collection terminals, and generate reports.
]]>“The implemented system for automating the accounting of material assets will allow us to carry out inventories 40 times faster, always see relevant information about accounting objects and their localization in real time, and also reduce the impact of the human factor” – comments Dmitry Sazonov, Head of Key Accounts of the RST-Invent.
According to the requirements of JSC Russian Railways, to participate in the tender, the contestant must have a serious list of competencies in the field of development and implementation of marking and automatic identification systems.
According to the results of the participants’ assessment, a contract worth 24.9 million rubles was signed with RST-Invent, one of the few in Russia that meets all the stated requirements, has proven experience in developing identification systems, a huge track record of completed projects, and colossal experience in the development of GOSTs and other regulatory documents.
“We are pleased that the experience of RST-Invent has been appreciated, and now we have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the railway infrastructure digitalization project,” comments Vitaliy Voitsekhovich, Deputy Commercial Director of RST-Invent.
Until now, railroad rails are marked in two “analogue” ways – using a stamp or using paint. They contain the designations of the main characteristics of the rail: manufacturer’s name, month and year of manufacture, designation of the rail type, as well as additional features.
Accounting for products marked in this way is possible only on paper – in rail books, and due to certain circumstances the information in them is often untrue, which, in the end, can become a critical problem in identifying the causes of an emergency. Automation of the rail accounting process will help to avoid such consequences.
A concept for the introduction of rail marking technology is being developed to determine a new, more suitable method, with which it will be possible to carry out subsequent automation of internal technological processes on the railway.
]]>RST-Invent presents the new WindshieldTag RFID tag for secure vehicle identification in contactless payment collection systems.
WindshieldTag is developed using the NXP UCODE DNA chip with cryptographic protection, which provides dynamic data security, which allows the use of an RFID tag in solutions requiring additional protection: contactless toll payment on a toll motorway, use of paid parking lots, for example at airports, payment of gas stations, car washes, etc.
In addition to the complete inviolability of personal data, WindshieldTag has an unrivaled reading range of more than 12 meters, which significantly exceeds the competitive indicator, with a value of about 10 meters for other products of the company.
The RFID tag for the windshield has a stratified structure necessary to exclude the possibility of substitution of an identifiable object – an attempt to remove it will lead to the destruction of the antenna and the termination of the functioning of the tag.
“Having tested the WindshieldTag’s performance in the field, we got excellent results – the tag was easily read at a distance of 12 meters, despite the identification being carried out by a simple mobile reader” – commented Ilya Melnik, RST-Invent Commercial Director.
The WindshieldTag RFID tag is designed for use in vehicle identification systems in vehicle entry / exit control systems and in “free flow” systems for toll roads. When identifying, the need to stop the vehicle is eliminated, minimizing the likelihood of traffic jams and maximizing the speed of traffic.

]]>Metal, as a rule, reflects radio waves when they collide, therefore, to ensure the smooth operation of the radio frequency automation system of the enterprise, RFID tags must be optimized for installation on metal.
Enclosed RFID Tags * PatchTag and IT-2 are the perfect solution for marking metal products. They have a shockproof design with a degree of protection IP65, have a large reading range (up to 30 meters) and maximum resistance to extreme environmental conditions.
Depending on operating conditions, individual modification of RFID tags is possible, for example, PatchTag in a heat-shrinkable tube – it gives even greater strength and resistance to low temperatures (used for the project of PJSC GEOTECH Seismic exploration **). Mounting RFID tags on the product is carried out using bolts, ties, adhesive-based fasteners, or using welding technology.

]]>An oil pump is one of the most complex types of equipment in the oil industry with regard to operation and maintenance. Each pump consists of at least three parts, each of which is a three-meter metal casing with a large number of internal components. The normal functioning of the equipment depends on compliance with the operating rules and working conditions. So, until the next service, the pump can lie no more than 9 months.
The main problem is that the laminated tags used for marking the main components of the equipment do not withstand environmental conditions during operation (the pump is constantly outdoors) and are destroyed, which leads to the loss of data on the operating history and significantly complicates the timely determination of the need under repair.
To solve the current problem, it was decided to use RFID technology, which had previously proved itself in the implementation of a project to automate the production of PPE using RFID, successfully implemented by RST-Invent specialists in one of the structural divisions of OJSC Surgutneftegas.
To date, work is actively ongoing on the formation of technical requirements, as well as the selection of the optimal set of equipment to solve the problem.
]]>“Like most modern companies, Surgutneftegas employees strive to automate their production business processes. Earlier we have already implemented a project for the automation of the production of workwear. This time we’ll try to offer the best solution for automating current tasks and hope for further fruitful cooperation”, comments Vitaliy Voitsekhovich, Deputy Commercial Director of RST-Invent
But in order to constantly move forward, it is necessary to maintain a team spirit.
And the most wonderful reason for team building is the company’s birthday.
On this occasion, we have traditionally decided to celebrate this day in the fresh air! A stunning landscape of Lake Ladoga awaited us, combined with the cleanest air.
Despite the inconsistency of St. Petersburg weather, and among other things it was pouring rain and Ladoga was refreshing us with a light storm breeze at a speed of 15 m / s, nothing prevented us from taking a break from the bustle of the city, enjoying the unforgettable atmosphere of the forest, and even stretching ourselves a little for playing volleyball.
And let each of us get soaked, but warm conversations with colleagues in a cozy house warm better than any sun.
Happy Birthday to RST-Invent! New horizons, ambitious and global projects await us!
]]>To protect the brand and prevent the growth of sales of counterfeit products, RST-Invent launched the industrial production of PuzzleTag RFID tags with an NFC chip, which makes it easy to recognize the authenticity of branded products using a mobile phone.
The PuzzleTag tag is presented in two shape variations and in three sizes: round with a diameter of 25 mm or 38 mm, and rectangular with a size of 11 * 19 mm.
The NFC technology used to create PuzzleTag will allow any brand not only to convince the buyer of the originality of its products, but also help to interact with it after the purchase.
How to do this?
The VERISIUM IoT platform is a cloud-based solution that creates a strong relationship between the brand and the buyer through PuzzleTag. The platform is designed as a personal guide to the brand’s product line, which will familiarize the buyer with his story, share photo and video content, as well as other useful information.
“Our work with Verisium is a fundamental symbiosis for solving specific problems of end customers. On the one hand, the advanced technologies of our Company for product identification, and on the other, a unique IoT platform for attracting customers,” commented Ildar Yulgushev, Head of business development at RST-Invent.

After the successful implementation of the System at the end of 2018, a contract was signed between the companies for a three-year service and technical repair of the equipment of the GMS.
In 2019, Russian Post decided to scale up a joint project with RST-Invent, including the process of accounting and inventory of returnable packaging, in which RFID tags PatchTag, CandyTag and specially modified TargetTag for Russian Post will be marked two types of containers:
]]>“We value our long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation with Russian Post and are always ready to offer new effective ideas for automating the company’s business processes using the infrastructure we have already built,” commented Vitaliy Voytsekhovich, Deputy Commercial Director of RST-Invent.
The RFID technology integrated into the warehouse is designed to automate the processes of reception and delivery of special equipment. The RST-Invent specialists organized an access control and management system (ACMS), an anti-theft system of entry / exit from a warehouse, and installed an RFID tunnel with a conveyor line through which the process of receiving and delivering marked equipment was organized.
“RFID warehouse automation is a solution that opens up many opportunities for the customer. In the case of Siemens, using our solution, the inventory process will be significantly accelerated, and the customer will always be up to date on the availability of special equipment in the warehouse,” comments Dmitry Sazonov, Head of Key Accounts.
On the basis of the modern motor car depot Podmoskovnaya, Siemens is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Sapsan and Lastochka trains. A full-fledged repair base is concentrated in one place, which allows to improve the quality of maintenance and reduce life cycle costs.
]]>The head of the international sales department of SENTER Anthea Liu, together with the Head of the department of technology and development and the Head of business development at RST-Invent., discussed the prospects for further cooperation and joint development in the field of RFID for the next two years. During the meeting, a presentation of the top SENTER models and testing on their own site of research and development was held.
At the end of the meeting, a representative of SENTER invited RST-Invent specialists to pay a return visit to the supplier’s factory this fall.
]]>“We, as a leading manufacturer and integrator of RFID solutions in Russia, are always open to mutually beneficial cooperation with large international companies, because our mission is 100% customer satisfaction. If the partner’s equipment is innovative, functional and, last but not least, reliable, then we are ready to cooperate and develop together”, commented Ildar Yulgushev, Head of business development at RST-Invent.
In severe frosty conditions of the far north, where the air temperature drops below -30 ° C in winter, more and more companies appear that automate their business processes using RFID technology.
For RFID-analysis of the processes of issuing and returning inventory, equipment and machinery used in the protected areas of production bases, unheated warehouses and on the street, the main data collection tool is a mobile RFID reader (DCT). But how to ensure its 100% functioning in such a cold, where it would seem that technology can not live?
Designers of RST -Invent found a solution and developed a unique thermal case equipped with a set of heating elements that will protect not only DCT, but also the hands of the worker from external influences when working at low temperatures.
“RST -Invent has once again demonstrated its ingenuity even in conditions where we are faced with tasks that are atypical in our main trend,” commented Ildar Yulgushev, Head of RST-Invent business development.
